Monochrome

She thinks it wrong
for the beach
to be monochrome,
wishes to paint
it in bright blues
and greens.
I find no fault
in her desires.

  1. It;s like the way people think snow is just white, whereas if you squint closely at it you see a marvelous variety of colours.
